Beginner Pilates introduces the essential movements and principles of Pilates in a welcoming, supportive setting. You’ll learn proper alignment, breathing, core engagement, and safe equipment use while building strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness. Exercises progress at a comfortable pace with personalized guidance and modifications as needed. New clients should complete an introductory 1:1 session before joining a group class.
Advanced Beginner Pilates is the next step after learning the fundamentals. This class builds strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness through familiar exercises with added variations, resistance, and more fluid transitions. Participants should understand basic Pilates principles and feel comfortable using the equipment while still benefiting from clear instruction and personalized guidance.
Intermediate Pilates builds upon the foundational movements and principles learned in beginner classes. This class introduces more challenging exercises, flowing transitions, and increased coordination while continuing to focus on control, alignment, strength, mobility, and balance. Participants should have prior Pilates experience and feel comfortable using the equipment with less individual instruction.
Intermediate/Advanced Pilates is a faster-paced, challenging class for experienced participants with a strong understanding of Pilates principles and equipment. Exercises include more complex movement sequences, increased resistance, advanced coordination, and flowing transitions. Participants should demonstrate good control, body awareness, and the ability to modify movements appropriately. Instructor approval is recommended.
